Orders that are placed on weekends Friday - Sunday and holidays will start processing the following business day, 2-5 days after purchase . It is the customer responsibility to keep track of their shipment by signing up for text or email alerts via USPS.COM, once a tracking number is provided to them. Please ensure packages are shipped to a secure location and are retrieved soon after delivery to reduce stolen packages. You are granted 48 hours from date of delivery to report any damaged items. After 48 hours damaged items cannot be replaced.
